Every year, we have been invited to participate in Girls & STEM at Discovery World, and lead an activity. This year, we led the kids in building tennis rackets and showcased one of our first robot designs. Because we participated so well in this event, we were invited to also participate in showcasing the robot at UW – Parkside for their GEMS event (GEMS is Girls in Engineering, Math, and Science), which was a success as well! In the end of March, we are going back to Discovery World for Robotics week, where we will showcase our robot and team once again.
