Team 4267- Robochix has been a team for eight years now but has only competed in seven of those years. Prior to last year we competed in the previous six Wisconsin State tournaments and improved each year. One season, we learned an important lesson when after failing to qualify during the Milwaukee qualifier, we overhauled our whole robot instead of just making some minor improvements. After this, the team did not perform well at the Fox Valley Qualifier and did not make the state tournament. Throughout all those years, we have also competed in scrimmages and several outreach events.  These have all allowed us to collaborate with other teams on ideas and strategies.

Our team values branch off from what we are taught in our high school classes.  As a heavily focused STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) school we learn to get involved and apply our knowledge to the various challenges we have. Our team values communication and makes a huge effort to make new team members feel welcomed.  We try to understand each other in a way that helps reach out to the community. Not only do we learn from each other, but also from our mentors who bring aspects of the real world with them to help us gain skills for the future and guide us through our own robotic problems.
